Returned Check Charges
It is not our policy to
accept checks via the internet or one of our websites. Asheville
Website Company will accept checks for payment:
- Only if the customer makes
payment arrangements in writing, and only through the
expressed permission of one of our authorized sales team
members (for a list of authorized members
click here), and both parties agree to the terms on the
signed agreement. For checks that are returned N.S.F. (Non
Sufficient Funds) there will be a charge of $25 added to the
amount of the check, and your services may be suspended
until the payment has been received by our company in full.
If no payment is received by the
issuing party, after a notice has been sent, or after 30
(thirty) days, we reserve the right to suspend your account
indefinitely, and any and all payments made prior to the
returned check date. Your services may be restored, only
after the NSF payment has been received in full. |
